Develop Migration Strategies, Proposal Design, Product Demonstrations and Implementation Plans.
Establish Project Management guidelines and put in place a team for the Migration Process.
Ensure that the conversion/replacement solution is managed as transparently as possible.
Set in place new protocol and training session for existing and new staff members including the management team.
Monitor the progression of the Process to ensure all expectations are being met and progressing in the timeframe that were pre established.
Final evaluations are formulated from staff and management making sure all perceived outcome results are meet and/or exceeded as a result of the entire project.
